Expedition Leadership Academy
In partnership with Equal Adventure, we are proud to support the development of expedition and field-work leaders through our innovative online Expedition Leadership training programmes.
Designed in a dynamic online learning platform, these programmes help build the theoretical and philosophical knowledge that develops leadership thinking and behaviours for those leading expeditions and field work.
These programmes work alongside both our practical programmes, and fit with the Plas y Brenin Expedition Core Skills programme and R2RI Core Medical programmes to help develop expedition leaders for the future.
