From our Effective Team Leadership course for new or emerging leaders, through to developing senior leadership behaviours via our advanced programmes, mentoring and experiential programmes, we provide a range of opportunities to develop leadership and team high performance.
Effective Team Leadership
This is a 2-day intensive programme that introduces new or emerging team leaders to the concepts theory and practice of leading teams. The course involves theoretical sessions that build the knowledge of participants and then moves this into practical exercise and scenarios that enables them to critically evaluate what team leaders are required to do, as well as developing their approaches to leadership. On leaving the course Team leaders will have developed understanding, confidence their personal philosophy and practical experience of leadership that can be implemented with their teams immediately.
Senior Leadership Programme
1 day to week long (or longer) programmes designed for senior leaders to explore leadership further.
